Sweet Celebration: Met passie gebakken, met liefde gedeeld

My name is Kasia, and ever since I can remember, baking and creating sweet treats has been my happy place.

Only later did I discover that this love for baking might run in my blood — my grandfather was a professional baker long before I was born. Perhaps this passion for sweets was quietly passed down to me through generations.

My journey truly began in 2013, when I baked and decorated my first large cake for my son’s first birthday. The flavors were loved, the cake was enjoyed, and soon people started asking me to create cakes for their own celebrations — first friends, then friends of friends.

At that time, I was baking from home while working in a large corporate company. Eventually, the moment came when I followed my heart, left my corporate career behind, traded high heels for a professional mixer, and Sweet Celebration was born.

Since then, I have continuously invested in my professional growth — completing numerous workshops, studying in London, and constantly educating myself to refine my skills, techniques, and artistic vision.

Today, I work closely with couples to create their dream wedding cakes and bespoke sweet tables. Every couple brings their own story, and I truly enjoy listening to them. Seeing their happiness gives me energy and inspiration to transform their ideas into unique, meaningful creations. Sometimes, when delivering a cake, I even witness parts of the ceremony — moments that are deeply special to me and remind me why I love this work so much.

Alongside weddings, corporate orders play an equally important role in my work. I collaborate with companies to design elegant, well-balanced sweet tables and desserts for corporate events, brand launches, meetings, and celebrations. Coming from a corporate background myself, I understand the importance of reliability, consistency, presentation, and timing. Each corporate project is approached with the same creativity and attention to detail, while always respecting the brand identity and the professional character of the event.

I use only real, high-quality ingredients — fresh eggs, flour from a local windmill, real butter, natural flavors, and carefully balanced sweetness that is refined and never overpowering. I do not use premixed products or shortcuts. Every element is prepared from scratch, with honesty, respect for tradition, and love for true flavors.

 

Every cake and sweet table I create is more than just a dessert — it is a carefully crafted experience, made to celebrate people, moments, and stories in the most delicious way.
